  1. Hello Everyone, I know that there was a problem with Mission 03 and was submitted to E.D. for updating in May. For whatever reason, that update has not been made available in the subsequent 3 DCS World updates so I'm offering the mission here gratis. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1a7kDbb3EmMJkvmLc4bbaglYIrFEKyGzq?usp=sharing I honestly have no idea when version OAS v3.72 will be released by E.D. but I hope it will be soon. All the best, King39
  2. That is EXACTLY how they how they behaved when I used the 3rd generation monoculors and binoculors in the late 2010's. Full moon light is why most great battles were waged through the millenia. Enough light to see your footing and the enemy up close but not enough light for them to detect you when you didn't want them too. NVG's in full moon light had to be turned way down in intensity and even then were mostly useless which is when we broke out our IR detectors but only had a few of them.
  3. There was a big screwup with the way this was processed for updating and I've been promised it will be in the next update. Our apologies for the delay.
  4. Hi John:

I am working my way through Operation Piercing Fury and am really enjoying it. However, I have reached Mission 11 and for some reason my RH engine will not start. I have gone back and it is fine in mission 10. I should add that I am using the auto start sequence. Is this a bug or am I doing something silly?

      Hello @richib2002,

I just discovered that this MAY be a reported problem related to (outside) ambient temperature when starting the engine. Let me know if it happens again and I'll report it to the E.D. testers and also include a trk file as they won't do anything without it.

I managed to get the engine started by starting both engines at the same time. not ideal, but it worked.

  5. Thanks for your comments and have been addressed for the next update. Thank you, John
  6. @PoPoDano No, actually that is the reason I only USE the F10 menu so as to bypass having to use the radios (many aviators do not like having to use the radios) to prevent future problems.
  7. Hello, @Pipes I apologize for not responding sooner. Did you get the "Knock It Off" message from Wizard to return to Senaki?
  8. @GunShowBob Which mission is this occurring so we can look at it, please.
  9. Hello, I'm sorry for not following up with this thread as I haven't been receiving notifications and we've been working on other projects. We're working on squashing this (these) bugs and hope to have everything complete for the next update deadline. Thanks again, John
  10. OK let me take a look at it.
  11. My pleasure. I was also thinking of listening again next week in my commute.
  12. LtCol Marks also mentions this specifically in the interview I posted in this forum. He stated (paraphrasing) "You can't take your hands off the stick".
  13. Hello Everyone, We are aware of a very annoying problem with Mission 01 which has been corrected and will be submitted for the next update. Our bad. Thank you, John
