Pocket, I realize you are HIGHLY experienced with this sim. I Will give you that the A10 flies pretty nicely and is getting close to what I feel it should be when lightly loaded. Thanks, I do LOVE this sim and want the experience to be as close to my real world experience as possible. :) Will

I agree, it still tip stalls too early with the onset of "G". Watch an A-10 put on a lightly loaded demo on Youtube, these guys are horsing these jets around tight, close to the crowd and under high "G". This is impossible in DCS. Should be easy to make the change. In the case of the Hog, I would allow a little wiggle room on the side of docile to allow the sim experience to be enjoyable. Aircraft are a LOT easier to fly than most that are simulated. You should have to work HARD to get the straight or swept wing aircraft to drop a wing...hard wing F4 phantom 2 not included. :)

Needs finer adjustment in my opinion.

It would be great to see what the guys programming the F5 have to say.

Aileron trim is fine as long as you don't adjust it. Once you disturb it, you cannot trim back to level, trimmed flight. Have pilots found a workaround for this? I'm tired of fighting this aircraft on 1 hour maple flag missions.

1. I keep having the drag chute deploy for no known reason. 2. Aileron trim is just way too course. need finer adjustment.(I think this was reported before) 3. Gosh I wish there was an autopilot!!! I have 2 flap options in the key command list. Flaps up and flaps up/down. What keys do I map to these options?

OK guys, I am trying to get full flaps. How do I do it? I can get flaps up and approach flaps but not landing flaps.

Hi Guys, I am not able to get the gun to come up on the HUD. It will in Air to Air Mode but has no stailization. Does this A model have Stability system and how do I get the Gun to come up? Thanks

They are probably pretty busy with more fantastic future projects. I would fly the A10 more if it didn't drop a wing so easily. A big straight wing jet like that should be more stable and forgiving than this simulated one. I love DCS and am behind it all the way! Is it possible that the community mod this flight model to make it more realistic and then the DCS team can test and possibly incorporate the mod?n Or at least we can fly something that we feel simulates flight in a more realistic fashion? Thanks, it would be nice to see some acknowledgment of our concerns but I'm sure some A10 driver told them it was fine! Good job DCS! I love the sim in VR, hard to beat. W

Hi Guys, In Open Alpha Latest version I cant assign a few commands like Weapon Release or Jettison External Tanks Etc. The blocks in the various joystick columns are dark grayed out. In 1.5, I dont even have the options like weapons release available. I am using TM Warthog. Anyone else see this? Thanks W

Absolutely do not want to ruffle anyones feathers in regard to the great sim that has been produced here but weather it meets book numbers or not I've always thought that the DCS A10C drops a wing too easily when in maneuvering flight. Watch any Hog demo vid and then go side by side trying to reproduce it. I'm pretty sure you can't or at least I can't.:) It would sure give it more of a "SOFT" feel instead of having such an abrupt tip stall. In my experience, aircraft are designed with more ability to withstand the pilot pulling on it than is demonstrated here. That's just my two cents and I sure would fly the Hog more often if it flew the way I know it should. Otherwise, fantastic job on this aircraft!
