How long does it typically take to implement 2.5.5 to the "Stable" version of DCS? I'm trying to decide if I should install Open Beta as I'm consuming more disk space...

Hi I'm only running the regular release version of DCS World but want to try the BETA version. If I download the BETA version do I double the space needed by DCS World for regular/beta or does one version replace the other? I'm trying to to save SSD space and do not want to double DCS disk capacity. Also, if both are installed how do you switch between the two versions? (depending on above answer) Thinking about running BETA from now on? Thanks!

Hi guys, I know VR is a hot topic these days with maps being updated to improve performance coming out soon. I just got a Rift S and this is my first VR experience with DCS - WOW amazing - I thought I was really flying, makes ACM SO much better as I can finally see my opponent!! Question I have is that I do have a newer computer, I7-9700 OC, 2070 OC, 32GB RAM, SSD so performance is good 2D ~ 80-100 FPS with high settings, but when on VR FPS drops to 30-40 making it hard to play. Are there any other settings I should check to improve VR (before new maps come out?) Pixel density is set at 1.5. Are there any recommendations for VR, Mirrors off? Thanks!

humm....I'm on version 2.5.429167 - does not say open beta version anywhere so probably not. How do I get on that version? FYI - no JDAMS (GBU 31 or 38) but I do see a AGM-88C under missile?

Hi, I see discussions on new features including HARM & JDAM equipment/features but when I go into my F18 SIM I do not have any options to load HARM or GBU JDAB type munitions. Do I need to do something to push an update or possibly operator error? Thanks!

Hi, I see there maybe some bugs with respect to JDAM and other laser guided delivery modes with the TGP. I am somewhat new to A-10C but have followed the tutorial exact with laser guided delivery and bombs fall short or long from target even though the pod has the target locked "point" and the "L" flashed during bomb delivery. I do set the bombs to a 15 sec laser and "AUTO laser" in CCRP mode, but even with the target pod clearly on object bombs miss. Just want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong before I call it a bug? Thanks!

Hi, I have purchased the A10C several years back and my DCS account shows the license key and serial number active but DCS World does not recognize it to install. I do not think I have the Steam version. I would like to re-install (or buy new today for the discount) however I think I should own it already? Suggestions?

Harker, Just curious but I would be interested to see what your rig does on Heavens benchmark? It is close to mine but I have newer products, I7-9700K OC 4.4, RTX 2070 OC , Z390, 32 GB RAM. I get 230 FPS on HIGH settings, thanks. BTW not sure about baro pressure, I'm just getting back into DCS with new rig.

The new "Game ready Driver" 419.67 is released, I'm curious if you have any issues with this driver installed? I installed it on a RTX-2070 and do not see any issues

Hi, It has been a few years until I bought a new computer to get back into the DCS fighter sims and all I can say is the updates are awesome. I am going through the F/A-18C learning curve right now and really love this sim, can't wait for new updates but still trying to learn basics. Question I have is after watching laser guided tutorials and replicating it on the "Paveway II Laser Guuded Bomb" training session I can not seem to get the bomb off of the "DUD" cue (X around bomb box). I must be missing a step but I have gone through the JTAC communications and "laser on" with bomb codes entered but still nothing? I think I'm on the right coordinates using the waypoints for the training session. Suggestions? What am I missing? When is the laser targeting pod coming to the F/A-18? Thanks!
