Hitting the ignore tab doesnt do anything for me. Warning keeps popping. I have to disable the anti-virus. Not good enough for me.

Starforce is on the downloaded english version, this is what I have. It would'nt surprise me at all if it included a rootkit. That might just be what avira is detecting or it might be a false positive. One way or the other, i'm waiting for some official replies ( DCS team or Avira side ).

You can only fly the Ka-50. It is NOT open source. Developers are creating modules ( really, stand-alone games ) that you will be able to play together. ie : The A-10 will be able to shot down the KA-50 once released.

I'm waiting on my new joystick to continue playing but I can confirm that if you start a game, then exit it, it will think you finished the mission. So, if for some reason you start the game, then exit because your wife *arrives home*, you have to create a new pilot and restart it. I tried the first 2 missions and it looks good so far. Once I have a good joystick i'll be back in the air.

I have a XFX GeForce 9800 GT which I installed a month and ago with the latest drivers THEN. I dont know if there are any new drivers for it however.

I have put everything to maximum except for water detail so it's not an issue with graphic settings. I think I could push the LOD farther because at that distance, the trees look allright but the building are looking very strange. In addition to that, if there is fog, I will see the same thing if i'm 100 meters from a building. So, any tweaks for that ?

I use my mouse wheel over the knob. 4 clicks and it is uncaged. During flight, it accumulate errors ( why ? ) and you have to right-click it until is get's back to normal.

Well, it's not everyday you can crash and burn a KA-50, in high-definition AND slow-motion :thumbup: That's mostly why I try to do rolling landings on buildings roofs.

Did you try to do "LEFT-ALT + C" This should cycle through free-look / zoom will mouse and the click mode.

I've made rolling landings at up to 50 if I remember correctly. But be carefull not to blow the front tire.
