I read in my manual that "Precision-Mode" only works with Track IR 5. But Centering usually should work though....strange.

Don't know what exactly you're arguing about but I would love to have Multithread-Optimized-Engine, too. And even if performance is maxed out as it is (it's not, sometimes only around 40fps with 4.2Ghz OCed Core i7) that would open up possibilities to add civillians and stuff said above.

Ok thx. I got my Track IR 5 today and hat Freetrack before. It's hard to explain but even with linear axes it kind of stutters sometimes when looking around. Only little stutters. I'll play around with the settings and post my results.

Could someone maybe upload a nice trackIR profile if that's possible ? Thank ya.

I kinda solved the problem now. Made a shortcut of vlc.exe from plugins and now I start it before the game and everything is fine.

Where are the radio stations located ? Or does all the different radios run over the Maykop-Radiotower ? Also my DCS jumps to desktop when selecting radio frequency, then can't get back in game because of alt-tab-bug. Does someone have the problem, too ?

I got the alt-tab bug, too but always. No matter whats going on. Just alt-tab to desktop, two dcs symbols in taskbar, choose the one with simulation running. Then got the yellow game cursor and sounds and can do everything but no picture just desktop-background.

Wurde das denn gepatcht mit 1.01 ? Damals bei 1.0 musste man noch die Feder mit nem gummiband abmachen weil der beim trimmen sonst immer zurückgegangen ist. Mein Seitenruder ist auch ziemlich ungenau bzw. musste große Deadzone einrichten.

That's not true, FFB on Saitek Evo Force is sh*t. You have to disable the spring and all kinds of stuff to do it, and then the controller moves to easy and it's hard to make precise movements.

Hi guys, My rudder pedals are stuck to the left. Only when I use the right one it goes back to center, but when I let go it's left again. Tried unplugging and so on. Is there maybe a way to handle this, with help of deadzones ? Or do you know a program which is able to configure my pedals ? Sorry for the bad english :D

My most funny situation was ingame when I was hovering over a city, I read the manual and didn't notice I was loosing height. After some seconds I finnaly noticed that I am falling. It was too late i crashed on the ground and the KA-50 startet burning. It stood crooked and my last chance was the ejection but it directly shot me into a building and I was instantly dead ^^ Was very funny :D

I got a problem in DCS since I installed the latest nVidia drivers. The vertical synchronisation doesn't work anymore with 185.65/185.68. I set it on "always" in the forceware menu. greetz Cionara

I got a gtx280 for myself. But i think even a HD3780/8800GT(renamed to 9600gt) can play this game at maximum graphic settings. But I would prefer a HD4850 because it doesn't cost much more than a 9600gt but has more power.

Oh my god thank you so much. It semms that DCS now uses all cores on XP 32Bit. That would be freakin awesome xD I will continue testing now. Edit: No, it doesn't. But it's useful, yes.

Ok the settings are very good you're right. But my problem wasn't that. I just thought it was but it seems to be a bug in training mode. Because in a mission the forcefeedback is good there's no trimming problem(which I will describe below) and there's even a little bit of centering the cycle when not trimmed. The airflow should not be the Problem. I would definetely try it out. And run Speedfan. So you can see if something is too hot. temperatures that are not dangerous: Q6600: <65° HDD: <45/50°C Northbridge: <60/65°C Graphics: <90°C greetings Cionara

Thanks again :) Helps me a lot ;-) New problem: Situation: I'm at autopilot towards a waypoint. I lower the pitch angle to get velocity and trim. BUT WTF. As shown on my little paint the (ingame-)Cyclic doesn't stay at the position where I trimmed it. Why does this happen ? I thought the trim should hold the cyclic there... Edit: Noticed that this happens in training-mode only and without autopilot ! Also the forcefeedback does not work etheir in this mode. It seems to be a kind of bug, doesn't it ? I mean in Campaign/Instant Action/Mission it's perfect. greetings Cionara

But it has to stay in the trim-direction =/ Mine does not. I've set default spring to 50%. But only because the stick doesn't center without. And it should not be necessary to disable the spring manually with twist ties or something like that :(

Ok i got it to work. But the Force Feedback must be stronger or it's useless. I hope they'll fix it in the first patch or with a hotfix.
