Just purchased. BTW, the lead time for this module is the shortest I have ever seen from any developer, especially with this being a complicated endeavor with all the cargo animations, computers, systems, flight model, etc. Can we get ASC to take over some of the other fan-favorites like F-8 Crusader, A-7 Corsair, A-1 Skyraider, Mig 23?

PLEASE make the AC-130 an option, PLEASE. The Annubis mod is soooo much fun.

Can confirm I have an issue with DCS crashing with both F4U and F-18 when landing without comm's. Happens on MP servers and Instant Action carrier landings.

Add to the "what's great" list: illuminated cockpit and gauges. If you haven't flown this girl at night, oh man you're missing out.

I'm mostly against the F-35 in DCS, but the silver lining from this new direction is that new planes will be open for development. My dream list is to be able to recreate naval operations through the 60's-80's on the old flattops, while being able to operate and fly EA-6B's, E-1 and E-2 AWACS, EA-3D/KA-3D Skywarriors, A-5 Vigilante's, SH-3 Sea Kings, and all the other jets that cluttered the decks pre-and-post Vietnam. I also want those F-105's, F-106, F-104, and F-111's.

Will the F-5 come with ILS (glide slope needle)? Was watching a Youtube vid the other day of Gonky landing a T-38 into IFR conditions, I understand different planes but I would think the F-5 would fly with ILS needles.

Thank you Nealius for bringing this up, It's been this way for a looooong time and kinda sucks ED hasn't done anything about it. ED, if you need to see it for yourself, go into the 4YA Aerobatics MP Server and choose any F18C slot, they all default to VFA-37 and they always have the spam-modex.

Ah, that makes sense. Always wondered why my Tomcat would spawn in on the replay about 400 feet below my actual altitude. Made it weird when watching Case 1 landings, replays would always crash the plane just past the 90.
