  1. Thanks folks, I thought I was going crazy here!
  2. Hey folks, don't know if this has been discussed as there ar way too many new topics and it's almost impossible to find one single information, but I have great difficulties taking the F-14A in supersonic flight with any loadout under it. I tried with 2 bags and 2 winders, around 35k feet, but it took damn long to hit the mach. Am I doing something wrong here, or is it just awefully underpowered compared to the B?
  3. TBH, I was mostly thinking about the texture for the engine nozzle, butI realised they arenot on the template anyway... A simple port of the skins is fine at the moment, with the couple mods you advised above!
  4. Thank you, @LanceCriminal86 . I'm sorry this has been already asked and I was unable to find it, must look like a bloody lazy idiot right now! Your answer was very helpful, cheers!
  5. Dunno if this has been asked yet, can't find it anyway, but will there be a template for the F-14A released soon?
  6. Yep, he was as much of a dick in the first mission than he was in the book! :D
  7. Yes indeed, on CombatAce and Column5, under the nickname Flying-V, IIRC.
  8. Wow, Dave, never thought I'd see you in here! So I take it you are done with SFP1/WoV? :-D
  9. Saw that yesterday, and it looks promising! I can't wait for the F-14A... Only downside so far is the voice acting at the beginning. I'm sorry, but I cannot find any other way to describe it except for... really bad. If this was a possibility, I would prefer having no voice-over and text only, I found it detracting a lot to the global quality of what I saw.
  10. Gave it a shot again yesterday, and yeah it's pretty frustrating getting slow grades from the LSO when you're on speed/AOA for the whole trip down... I hope ED will do something about it soon.
  11. Use those curves from Strikeeagle345 in below link. I had the same issue as you, configured as per the screenshot, and I now have 100% mil trust when at the AB detend: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=237357
  12. No problem with the Sidewinders, didn't try the Phoenix yet.
  13. Same here, no track at all in the 3rd Gen Constant Peg.
  14. Sometimes I'd wish I didn't have stupid ideas to do skins for these birds! I'll try to post some pics tonight, quite happy as to how it turned out.
  15. Aw hell, I figured it out in the end, but what a darned ride this has been!! I'll try and post a couple screenshots of my virtual squadron bird I did later on today or tomorrow. BTW, does anyone have a helmet template to work with?
  16. Folks, quick question : does anyone have a quick fix on how to allign the tail and rudder part of the skin? I can't get it right, except ny 137 trial and error, pixel by pixel, and it's driving me crazy! Envoyé de mon SM-G950F en utilisant Tapatalk
  17. Same here, I cannot replicate this issue with other planes. It seems I only have this problem with the F-14. Like you said, it almost looks like the X-52 trigger is too sensitive for the bird.
  18. Hello folks, Got an issue with the F-14. When I try to fire a Sidewinder, I cannot release only one. It seems even the slightiest pressure on the trigger of my X-52 Pro releases all of them (when loaded with 2) or 3 of them (if loaded with 4) at once... I guess this must be a material issue, but does any one have an idea or clue as to what it may be?
  19. This midnight blue scheme fits surprisingly well on the F-14. Great idea, and good job! Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  20. There you go, the basic one in .png! http://download.11vm-serv.net/?file=190424195222
  21. Thanks Zaku! Will post a .PNG when at home tonight!
  22. Guys, call me dumb, but where can I find the basic white pilot and RIO helmet that I could modify?
  23. Couple screenshots of a quick repaint I did, Nickel 114 from VF-211 manned by myself and my best friend. Always had a soft spot for the Checkmates. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
