F18 without pilons is able to turn and climb at the same time better then the F14B. Further more the standard in BFM tournaments are all the planes without pilons, only the F14B is setted with pilons under the wings.

So is it possible to fly the F14B without the pilons under the wings? I mean the pilons who usually carries 2 sidewinders and 2 sparrows/phoenix. Thank you

I agree again but perhaps the most fair and easy solution could be to have the F14B without pilons as all the others planes in the tournaments. @IronMike and @fat creason what do you think about?

I agree with you and i know that f18 lose 1-2 degrees/sec in sustained turn, but F18 without pilons is the standard for BFM tournaments.

I can host on my little private server, fuel is setted for equal times in burner, F18 without pilons and F14B clean config. I don't know exactly which parameters to test, my wish is to reproduce a situation in which F18 outurns F14B while turning and climbing at the same time: in my experience it's the most dangerous situation in an F14B against an F18.

One question: what do you mean with "every trick"? Landing flaps? I also suspect you are talking about the FM before in was deeply changed 2 years ago, in others words what you said was true till 2 years ago. But in the last 2 years, even the F14B is in big troubles against the F18.

First of all thank you for your answer. My wish was to verify if F14B, without cheats, could easy win against F18, as Spurts told. So i don't know if we can do test or no because i guess only Spurts knows how to win easy.

And the same person also said "I have dominated F/A-18s in the F-14 because it can generate much more lift for tighter turn radii", always in the quotes above. I'm not challenging anybody, i'm only curious to understand if there is something new and useful to learn. Some people simply say i'm wrong but they are not available to explain me on the play ground why i'm wrong. I don't think this is a good way to prove an idea. And i was not the first who was not nice, i'm always nice with everybody but, if someone is not nice with me, i answer. If you are not able to prove what you affirm, it's better you keep silence. I'm still waiting you show me on the play ground how the F14B can always beat the F18.

Maybe i'm wrong maybe not, i'm talking only about F14B, i don't know almost at all A version, in the graph below i see Ps going very low under mach 0,4 and, imho, this is a terrain, the low speed fighting, in which F14B can do very well but perhaps it can do even better with the right Ps. The same for speeds over mach 0,6, even if at this speeds the impact is less than at speeds under mach 0,4.

You didn't understood, i don't want to prove you that i'm strong or skilled, ok? I only would like to reproduce certain flight situation, especially the ones vs F18 with me on F18 and you on F14. And for certain flight situation i mean the ones in which F14 can do totaly nothing vs F18. So, if your dcs will be ever ready to be used, i will be really pleased to show you what i mean. And for sure it's really strange that somebody who speak as one very skilled is not even able to start dcs to do some tests... I don't remember any particular conversation with Victory.

Nope, are you pretending not to understand? I would like to create the right situations fighting with you and then we will analyze tacview's files. Let's go on the play ground, i'm available today even now. With my BFM partners we spend much time to train and test, which is your problem?
