Untill last update, the max memory usage was 24 gb in MP Caucasus and paging file was 40 gb max. Steam vr is also crashing both in beta and stable version.

After last open beta update i have noticed a very high memory and paging file usage while playing on an MP server with about 27-28 players (Mobettameta dogfight server). All my 32 gb memory were used and the paging file reached 140 gb dimension, really huge! There are also meny stutters and the game become unplayable. My config is 4790k with 1080TI and 32gb ram 2400mhz, hp reverb g2 and, until the last update, i had 45fps stable. I wonder why, thanks

I mean both: please correct me if i'm wrong, i have read that F14B and F18 have both about the same subsonic acceleration in real life. If this is true, i think the same should be in DCS. I've only asked a question, and i think there is nothing fool in this. So please keep calm

Eurofighter has "only" 150 gun rounds who last about 5 seconds, how does the gun aiming system works? Does the Eurofighter has a system who automatically gun shot when there is a high possibility to hit the enemy plane in bfm? Thx

This pilot had a duty period in the Navy starting in 1983 and ending in 2004 flying with the F18 till the end. I think he knows what he is talking about. Anyway i tried to ask him the difference between 400 and 402, i hope he will answer.

F404-GE-402 arrived in 1992 bringing a 10% more thrust than F404-GE-400. So a pilot who flew for 20 years a F18, is very probable, imho, he had the opportunity to use the 402. Furthermore, F18 in DCS is able to turn much tighter, much faster while climbing much higher than the F14B and a 10% more thrust between 402 and 400 i think it's not enough to explane this huge difference.

I've found a pilot who flown F18 for 20 years and it is very interesting what he says about F14 A and B. In particolar, he says the B is able to win vs F18 if the match goes on for some time because F14B is capable to gain much altitude and speed that can be converted in position. I think your new setup will perform as the old one with a normal 5900X. But if you have time and money to build a new pc, the choice is yours. Keep in mind that the 5900x replacement could be the new B2 step who works at higher frequencies with less heat, with a performance gain. So i suggest you to try it before selling. I don't have any particular idea about acceleration, i was only asking because acceleration was also mentioned in the recent past, as you can read in the posts i have quoted above.
