  1. Yeah same issue as 2nd of august.
  2. Thanks for the replies. ill work on learning the correct method.
  3. I haven't played in a few weeks so this must have changed in a recent update. please see video link at end of post. Before I was able to store 8 targets with the litening pod for GPS Guided bombs for a simultaneous pickle. Now when I TDC depress to designate a new target it overwrites all previously stored TOO GPS coordinates for the all weapon stations i.e. all bombs will hit the last designated target. has the sequence changed or am I missing a step or is this an unintended change? Cheers
  4. Manually updating the openbeta server with DCS Updater in cmd to the correct version fixed this for me. server can now be seen and joined again
  5. Yes correct no fix in the patch, but now my server cannot be seen or joined since the patch
  6. I am also having this problem. Was fine before most recent patch for the Open beta Server.
  7. I have tried reinstalling windows, I have tried reinstalling The Dedi server software. I have tried reinstalling the base game and using --server --no render. Nothing has worked
  8. Yeah i have enabled Upnup. Its the only way i can get ports 8088 and 10308 to open. manually opening ports is not working. I have managed to get the server up and running and had some mates join in to test. I used this guide https://thefraternitysim.com/how-to-properly-setup-a-dcs-world-dedicated-server/ I stil cant get the webgui to respond. so all changes I have to make using the serversettings.lua
  9. Its a very strange thing indeed that is happening. On my gaming machine when I run the server my router automatically opens the ports required 8088 TCP and 10308 TCP/UDP and everything works flawlessly. On the server machine only port 8088 TCP is opened, and again manually opening of ports is offering no result. I have reinstalled windows and the server software to no joy. Windows is creating correct protocol rules during install process.
  10. Yes confirmed I have tried with protocols inbound/outbound set to allow for specific ports or for program to be allowed and with/without manual port forwarding and with/without upnp port forwarding and any possible combination for all of these. Currently on my main machine I can host a server and connect to it and have my friends connect to it using --norender --server --w launch parameters from regular client. I cannot replicate this on my server machine nor can I get the open beta server software to host correctly. When I host with my server machine using open beta server I can see the server at https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/personal/server/ the server has its IP listed correctly here but has the port as N/A and I cannot connect through the webGUI
  11. I Have just installed the dedi server on a separate machine, have opened all ports on router and firewall and also am having the same problem.
  12. Can I host a server for the release version of the game with this or is it only for open beta version?
  13. Hi all, I have read all 58 pages and have not found an answer so hopefully someone can help me. I just want to know how to restart a mission from the webgui without restarting the server. Thanks.
  14. Hello all, Sorry if this has been addressed previously I could not find anything with the search function. I have a problem maintaining a server connection to a friends server when He is hosting. ping is <100 I get a connection timed out message at random times, sometimes 30 sec, sometimes 30 min etc. I have no problem maintaining connection to public servers with a ping >300 indefinitely. Port 10308 TCP/UDP opened on firewalls and routers at both ends. Has anyone experienced this issue or have a solution? Thanks for your help:)
