Hi DMarkwick, I'm glad to see you made it to BS I think the reason why is the added objects because you can spawn units using the editor when you make a mission that means you had 50 units killed them added 50 more ect... eventually it would overpower the work load on the processor depends on the mission how many fps would be lost sort of like the arma multi-player clean up dead units scripts ;) Sincerely, Viper169th

Hi MetaBaron, I wouldn't think you'd want to shutdown the engines for rearming and refueling only because during the shutdown your engine need to idle for a couple minutes by that time you'd already be rearmed and refueled I use the regular startup procedure and shutdown and can't really speak for the autostart but I know IRL they do this while the engines are running when they are going straight back out Sincerely, Viper169th

Hi Leroy1964, I think that is the best way to learn the sim start on realistic, this is how I learned the systems I started basic flying "immortal of course",then targeting and weapons systems, navigational systems, datalink and autopilot systems :thumbup: I watched a couple tutorials on each one before I done them and the manual is your best friend when it comes to the datalink and autopilot systems ;) I have owned the game for about 2 weeks and I'm already in the advanced settings you just need to take a couple hours out each day to do them btw I saved the engine startup for last if you do that when you are watching the tutorial you'll understand it better. Hi Arkham, I would start here with the basic then the pro check list http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=35571 once you've learned where all the buttons are located then take it for a spin in a non hostile environment I would turn on invulnerable for your first couple hours.:thumbup: Once that is completed then goto the shooting range in the missions select screen this will let you play with out dealing with the AI shooting at you. then I would create your own mission to see how the enemies target you and get the geest of using counter measures ect... Hi guys, just wanted to let you know if using with normal speakers then headphones go to settings in my voice controller and make sure to check "controller on" "controller off" this will allow you to control the input when your wingman or tower sometimes talks to you it can trigger an unwanted action this eliminates that ........ Hi Chillspider, Actually I checked out VAC and it's not free but a 30 day evalution your expected to pay for it after that.... my voice controller program is free.
