The EFA tranches have a program, here normally the first module have like a DA or IPA, flight with weapons limitations, (only dump bombs and few radar modes) then it increases the capabilities like other modules. Therefore, this follows the same progress like a tranches program

The basic packet is sold to each country, then each country (into the program) can change libraries to DASS, or sw interfaces with weapons, (UK wanted without cannon but that it isn't possible) but all are very similar.

The professional SIMs aren't 100% realistic, even parts of RADAR or missile are secret, and the changes applied in real airplane, it isn't applied in the sims. However, the planes are planes, the aerodinamics, engines,... they work like others (more powerful or efficient), Maybe the worst problem is put the aerodinamics instability in high g, or corrections in the canards to level and straight fly
