yea, it works fine when i use the axis tune in controls but in the game it won't!

i tried close and on the case but same thing, i reset the joystick, installed new driver, recalibrate but sill the same.

i just installed a new one! and the wireless reciever is like 10" away from it.

I'm not sure if some of you are experiencing this joystick problem. I just bought it and when i'm flying holding the stick, all of a sudden the stick won't respond to any movements unless i rock the stick back then forward which will un-stabilize the BS. I'm not sure if the problem is with the game or with the joystick, anyone?

worth it!, well the other day it was my first time blowing up a target with ATGM and i went nuts, my wife saw me and said "grow up man" loooool. Ok, i get it now. So how would i have a lock on a target using rockets?

what do you mean? i can see vikhr reticle on the HUD, but it's pain in the butt to get it on the shkval reticle? why is everybody knows more than me here, damn it (sarcasm intended). A lot of you went through the manuals/guide/videos but unfortunately if i do all that my wife would divorce me! so your help is appreciated.

i can see the deflection on the shkval when missile from the outward station is fired. But what are the steps required to align the vhikrs with the shkval on my hud when using the inward stations?

Hi guys, are the inward stations work the same as the outward or i'm missing something? i noticed when using inward you need to adjust altitude. I found the inward a little bit harder than the outward or is it just me not using it properly? this happens to me as well. i have to press Esc twice to gain control back. Also sometimes the mouse cursor (when i have control of the cockpit) shifts to the left, so when my cockpit view is centred, you'd see the mouse cursor on the left.

do i need to apply brake to bring the speed down? i.e rotor brake or collective brake? sorry if i'm asking too many questions but this is my only way to play this game.

close to zero, meaning that i'll be close to the ground, correct!

do you have tips/hints on hovering? i engage auto hover but anything else i'm missing?

i was thinking about the rudder but never actually used them. that would probably solve my problem of getting the vikhr on shkval. Thank you for your insight.

i was just watching a video and the guy was moving the vikhr reticle so easily and smoothly over shkval. How did he do that? using rudder? or a special key?

targeting Ok thanks guys, so far I made a progress, the labels helped a lot. But I’m having difficulties aligning the HUD target with the weapon target, the HUD circle wouldn’t encapsulate the weapon target thus I don’t get the “C”. Can you help me with tips/hints on how to accomplish that easily! What I did was, I held the O key and moved my helmet circle over the target, enabling the auto turn on target should put the HUD circle outside the weapon circle but last night it wouldn’t do that. I tried the “I”, “Y” short-medium-long to no avail. I also enabled the moving ground target.

Thanks, I love this game and invested a lot of time trying to learn it, but unless you’re a pilot this game could turn into a nightmare. Why not make a step by step training mission!, did ED assume that all gamers are pilots! I tried the combat training mission, it is good but you’re on you own once the training is done. I spend hours trying to find targets, can’t locate those darn targets. I have been using the helmet [h] and Shkval but can’t find targets and all of a sudden I’m shot down!. I was able to shoot my inner missiles but not the outer missiles?. I tried to lock on a building and TA was displayed but Shkval wouldn’t show the “C”. Please help.

frustrated i have watched videos, read manuals, forums but still don't know how to attack ground targets. Anyone knows a good tutorial for beginners?
