  1. Convoy Hunt by Wichid123 with quite good expert knowlodge but far from error-free ;)
  2. Count me in for the competition. Thxs.
  3. Cool feature ...
  4. :thumbup: for the excellent video. Looking forward to part II.
  5. I love this more. I know GA has coordinated every picture in the vid with the notes of his choice of music. And probably 23 years he has worked on it. But then came this guy. After 10 minutes of consideration he put another soundtrack in there. And it worked better. A miracle ;)
  6. Interesting as always. Thxs for the vids. A direct relation to reality is established ;)
  7. Ok, post me for further details.
  8. What we got here in this mission - if i know correctly - is a 2 ship-flight of Ka-50s are ordered to clear this city under time pressure from enemy-assets, knowing that there is one or more serious AAA-threats in there. Just make a quick look at a Briefing(topics) for a real Search&Rescue mission ( http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1127142&postcount=29 ) and then you know what i mean. The ka-50 is outdated and cannot compete with the today's military systems. He needs more than others ;) every aspect of an operation. Why not let the convoy communicate their waypoints, threats, routeselection, formation, status, assetquantity, time to possible first contact, convoyspeed, clearance/green light, etc. etc. etc. ? All of this is possible with the MEdtor.
  9. I am looking forward to this. I am looking for - realistic weather settings - a briefing with a lot details and pictures in it - and a lot of audio-files for immersion-reasons (random radio-chatter etc.) - and missions which are bundled as a campaign (f you have problems with that i can do that) Maybe me or others can help you. One of us could make one part/side/aspect (blue or red) of the mission. Then i can merge the created missions to one mission. So at your first flight you really dont know in which way the other side will react. So at your first flight (as mission-designer) you have really fears in your eyes (; Also a good idea is the voice-acting from other members. Send me a post if you are interested in those things.

  11. Nice flying. The shots are a bit too low. In that situation i would set the target-cursor between hull and turret. And by the way during a rocket-run use your laser for an exact calculation of the impact point of your rockets: - put the laser on - laser your target-point - when the target-point and the virtuell recticle in the HUD is lined up then shoot. Avoid at this momemt any lateral and any height deviations.
  12. Togehter with your AI you can fly an attack-run this way ... - give the AI the order "wingman x, engage aircraft" - now the AI is in the lead (which is for a variety of reasons not the best of all options http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=44561&highlight=dumb ); then manually stick close to the AI, then manually go in the desired formation with the AI and then execute in close formation with the AI the attack-run against the enemy-aircraft. Other than that, there is no way to order AIs against aircrafts with the AI in close formation, especially not with the ingame communication menue.
  13. In many many situations (for example during an entire nighttime) you also cannot lock something. Do not let this prevent you form firing missiles. The procedure is ... - Lase your target. - Wait for weapons-free clearence (wait for "C" on the HUD) or switch to manual weapon-mode - Fire - >>>> During flight-time of the missile constantly manually adjust your cursor so that the cursor points on the target. <<<<< - Wait for impact.
  14. W We have been holding the same type of debate for some time now which is becoming quite depressing now. Look at http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=49752&highlight=FLIR and begin with post http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=829149&postcount=4 (;
