  1. What was the bug? I enabled it previously and it just made everything go blurry!
  2. Hi, I actually tried it with the lights turned off to rule that out, CPU is 9700k. I've raised a ticket with Pimax and sent gem some debug info on it. (That's for the Inside Out issue) Lighthouse issue must be headset specific as the Index is fine when I use it with the same setup. Hopefully software rather than hardware.
  3. Similar issues now experienced with mine. 1. 'Inside Out' now refuses to work, I get a sensor error. 2. Using lighthouses results in drift and horrific jitter. As a test I plugged my Index back in and it's rock solid. I've only had the Crystal since Monday
  4. Hi Calvin, I've PM'd you. Appreciate you responding. Thx
  5. Hi, Can anyone let me know what the expected response time is like from customer support? I ordered a Crystal Light with the Pro Pack (Lighthouse faceplate and DMAS headphones), which arrived Monday but without the headphones. (Was two packages taped together, not sure if there should be a 3rd) I raised a ticket on Monday but not had a response yet. Not sure what the SLA's are, but when it comes to goods I've paid for and not received I'd really like to close it out quickly! Thanks
  6. It would appear not. Repeated the mission last night and was left circling after the strike went in. (Oddly plenty of hits on target, but no further radio Comms) Very fustrating as I do not want to continue until this is resolved. Can the triggers be modified to work around this problem?
  7. Hi, Is there an ETA for the Steam release? I see that the Syria map is now available, but not this campaign?
  8. I assume no easy way to modify the date to enable GPS for the moment?
  9. Thanks, noted. I'll turn that back on see how the performance fairs.
  10. Mainly F/A-18 at the moment, I have the F-16 but its not in a state yet where I'd like to be flying it day to day. (Which is a shame!) mild clock on the CPU, but seemingly DCS puts very little load on it (Approx 30%). (I can easily tell as the CPU fan is pretty much idle) Running PRIME I can hear the entire system wind up in seconds. GPU is running approx 70% However, just some minor tweaking as you sugested has measurably improved things! I had left the SteamVR settings pretty much stock, so adjusted those as below. I also turned off Ansitrophic Filtering within DCS and wound the PD down. Now running much better framerate, most shimmer has gone, and everything looks that bit nicer! I still get the tearing (Really only a major issue when looking at an external flyby), but I am no longer taking massive frame rate loses on PersianGulf. (Which ran fine with my CV1) Textures are a tiny bit washed out, so will play with them later if needed. Running DCS PD @ 1.0 Suggested Steam VR Custom Res is 130% SteamVR App Super Sampling is 130% DCS MSA is x2 Refresh set at 80hz for the moment Are you running motion smoothing? I currently have it enabled. Your help was most appreciated, I can now start enjoying my Index against of fighting it!
  11. I've been following some of the settings here and managed to get my Index to a point where I get a good frame rate and the cockpits are lovely and clear. I'm still getting a little tearing now and then near the ground and a noticeable shimmer on objects at distance. Any thoughts on clearing that up? My settings are pretty much as above, except my PD is set as 1.0 at the moment. (I didn't notice a massive difference between 1.0 and 1.4 intially - That made a huge difference on the CV1 however!) Running; I7-9700k @ 3.6 RTX 2070 32GB DDR 4
  12. Thanks. Struggling to work out what DCS classes as a DPad input at the moment for a touch controller!
  13. Evening, I've just upgraded from a Oculus CV1 to a Index, but have run into issues in regards to the controllers. I occasionally use the touch controllers to operate certain switches/dials in the cockpit and the touch controllers allowed me to easily select and manipulate things, in particular using the D-Pad to rotate switches and like. The Index controller D-Pads seem to have no affect, as well as the button implementation being a bit awkward. Can these settings be re-mapped in anyway? The headset itself is great, the controller issue is spoiling the experience and bit at the moment. Thanks
