I like this idea, but I prefer a highly detailed Apache AH-64A. It will be a major success as everyone can relate to it with the recent wars. It will expand the target group, which will suite the commercial needs of ED. Although a double pack would be sweet Apache AH-64A and MI-24 or MI-28N.

Hi, Is there any way to play with an Apache in BS as the model is already in there? Just wondering.

Hi All, I've been looking for a good apache simulator since Longbow 2. And recently I found out about EECH. I have it running and I must say I'm pleasantly suprised. I have a few questions, though, I hope someone can help me out with them: - How do I set up my xbox 360 controller, meaning, assigning every button. I managed to put the stick and cockpit view to both stick, but I would also like asign other buttons as for example the rudders to the LB and RB etc. - As a gunner, how do I go down to the googles? (guncam) - About the FLIR, I know in real life it is green, but I saw on youtube someone who changed it into black and white on the display. Could anyone help me create the same effect? - How do I make the default cockpitview go abit backwards? I have the feeling I'm sitting on the display.

Yeah, I support this idea!

Note to the developers for the Apache AH-64A module

Although, I like what they did in Arma 2, I think the technically the AI for the vehicles in Arma 2 is kinda handicapped. It still needs to evolve. I'd like to see them release an updated gfx engine for the Apache module, and making sure that they got the two seater AI down. I think the mod EECH did quite a good job on the Apache. Arma 2 was one of the reasons why I initiated this thread. As it has some critical AI errors when it comes to flying choppers. -
What is a Nellis terrain?

POLL: Would you rather see A-10 or AH-64a as next module?

Although the poll is closed, I would vote for the Apache, but can more than live with the A-10. A nice surprise would be the release of both simultaneously. -

Thank you, I hope ED implements it well, as of today I'll gather reference material. -

Thank you, I'll educate myself on this bird. Great picture! -
There is a button just above your hud, which states autopilot, look up in the cockpit. When you try to move, you slowly move forward.

Can you point me to some info on that? I know the pilots have the special eye, I didn't know that they could fire all systems. Does the pilot have access to a target monitor as the gunner? Isn't the target data projected on the pilot's eye? PS: I'm going to dive deeper into the Apache AH-64A documentation..., so I can be of more service! -

Wouldn't that also influence the left stick? -

This is exactly what I stated: you should be able to perfectly control the AI. -
Xbox 360 Controller and Black Shark - Question
Ivonq replied to Ivonq's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Hi, Thanks, it works but it is way too fast, as the slow versions seem to be locked to the mouse? Is there any way to slow those axis down? Because now if look in a direction when I'm in the cockpit it is faster than a bolt of light. Grtz
