Once the mod is installed in saved games, how do I load it into DCS?

The mod is installed in USERS/NAME/SAVED GAMES/DCS/MODS/AIRCRAFT, but when I load DCS, the mod doesn't load. Help!

i set trim @ 16 units, afterburner , once i got launched , aircraft is not able to gain altitude

It is been a while since my T.Flight Rudder pedals does not recognize the wheel brakes (left and right) it happens only when i run DCS. need help here. thanks in advance

por alguna razón se desconfiguro mi teclado, lo dispuesto con las teclas F1 F2 F6, etc no están funcionando... alguna ayuda?

here's an update. i had to unistall the whole DCS, and reinstall the open Beta version,(recomended by a good friend) and the problem is gone! thank you all for your time!

I checked that too, it is in SIM mode

i set all the way forward at one. no time for spool the engine up

i'm not using the brakes

yes, i do use a catapult to start, i also tried from dark and cold too, and finally i've try from an airfield and is the same , something is wrong with the trimming iguess
