Hello! I just found a bug with the defenses of the Nimitz class. As you can see on this track, the CWIS from left side of the ship, will shoot trough himself to destroy a target on the right side.

Unable to get a range to target from my Laser Stby/on switch, tv camera up and running, etc. All switches from Laser on to weapons panel powered up including side laser arm panel switch, etc. Have reset the laser both on the side panel and the front panel (switch near left knee cap on front panel). Everything tracks and zooms good with the laser switch on and off - just no range in KM to target indicated and there is no lock-up on the target either. Laser 'inop' on both the Black Shark 2 and 3. Yet there was no problem with the Black Shark two in the past (now Laser is inoperative also on BS 2) .
Have checked all pages of this forum and others, checked the BS 3 manual, etc. but nothing related to the when the range to target should be indicated on the HUD and TV screen. Possible bug? (in Multi thread maybe?).
Hopefully, it is me and some switch I have not turned on around the cockpit somewhere...

Will post the solution in order to help others when someone is able to help. If not, I'll post a ticket and let everyone know here.
I also deleted, then re-installed Black Shark 3. Same problems.
Frustrated.

It could be that the auto-stop sequence activates the wheel chokes but the auto-start doesn't removes it?

Hi! This is a request to add the ability to remove the dust covers on the engine
By default, the engine comes with dust covers (Photo 1)
If damaged, ONLY RIGHT engine will lose its dust cover (Photo 2)
To my surprise if you clip inside the LEFT engine, the one who doesn't loses the dust covers has the inside engine modelled the same way as the RIGHT engine, even tho you cannot see it due to the dust cover (Photo 3)
It would be too hard to make this a feature of the module? For sure, not the best if it's going to operate on a dusty place, but having the ability to remove would be great to see

Hi! The gusight camera appears on the cockpit even the gunsight camera has been selected as dismounted in the client special options, while joining a MP server (host cannot be the client)
This bug has been running for years, please fix! Specials options should work no matter what server you join

Going to add this was in snow winter conditions.
Also no problem taking off in desert conditions . However nearly ran out of runway .
In case you are heavy with bombs, I recommend you to use the MPR switch to give your engine an extra boost on takeoff. No limit of time for that engine mode, but you will consume more fuel

Mate, how the heeeeeeeeeeeell are you going to shoot the Sea Eagle if you cannot make it lock into the objective? It cannot be configured from the cockpit

Hello!
This might be a bit technical, but I will try to make it clear. I've been trying to remove the gunsight (without removing weapons) to see better.
Trough model viewer, I found that the argument is 926, but I made custom skins to modify it the same way you modify external models, but I had no luck with it, so I kindly ask if someone can help a bit with this.
I add a couple of photos to help understanding.
In case someone is wondering why I want it to make it trough a livery is because I mainly play dynamic servers, and the only way of modifying this things are trough livery.

Yes, I still see this as a kind of high priority, at least, some temporary way of programming the Sea Eagle to fly to a point and destroy a ship.
Something like adding an F10 mark with a name, like Viggen does for the Flight plan, to fly to the point and search for a ship on a certain area, of let's say, 5-10NM (?) and attack a ship if found.
Hope this idea gets moving, since this thread is old, and there is people asking for it every now and then.

Both of you have the same issue. Moving the power fast, makes the turbine enter a freewheel state, wich basically, is like having a car in one gear, go full throttle, and full clutch at the same time. To avoid that, you need to move CAREFULLY the power on the Gazelle, that way, it wont be snappy.
