  1. making sure the texture filtering optimizations are on in the nvidia driver worked for me. running high performance mode made a huge difference
  2. :doh:today i decided to borrow my brother's saitek rudder pedals, once i disabled the twist rudder and set up the pedals. the sensitivity in stick feels perfect. nice and slow movements. also my stick curves are default. so anybody that has been struggling with the force 3d pro sensitivity like i have, try to disable the twist rudder to confirm. i know the force 3d pro kinda sucks, but i just havn't had the extra money to buy a new flight stick. i want the g940 and i would really like a warthog stick but i would really feel guilty if i bought one. lol
  3. imo, BS2 lag is more of a cpu bottleneck than a graphics card issue. from the new tree shadows, highly populated AI, AI smoke effects and so on. its not the same as the A10 engine. which runs butter smooth on my rig.
  4. i dont understand the win7 64 install mythlogy? mine is in C:/programs/
  5. even if i have a little forward momentum, then trim and let go of the stick. it will start to stablize to a hover, then start slightly drifting backwards? im going to try to re calibrate the stick.
  6. normal flight, and the nose always levels off around +10 to +15 degrees. also im using FFB trim
  7. it seems the trim will not level off. just using autopilots B,P,H when i think the BS is in a hover state it always starts back pedaling? how can i fix this?
  8. im trying to figure how to adjust the roll speeds ? its seems a bit fast for me. is there a cfg file somewhere i can edit? i can accomplish the roll speed i want in the "axis tune" but i also lose alot of range tho. im thinking that reducing this speed will make it feel less sensitive. any help would be highly appreciated. thx
  9. can i have ur g940 ? haha. seriously tho. u must have over looked something? i would uninstall the logitech profiler, delete all the logitech files in the hidden apps folder, and make damn sure that the center spring option in the windows devices was not checked. right now im looking for the stick calibrator in windows? u know (move stick in circles then hit a button on the joystick thingy) i hate the logitech profiler:mad:
  10. RAMBO!!!! the youtube wraps dont work
  11. good read. IMO there are crucial elements that are missing from the sim to balance gameplay. ex. "command" and or friendly infantry or units to relay enemy positions to u. therefore we're all very dependant on wingman recon. anyways heres a link for shkval auto turn to target info, i think works very well. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=79476&page=2 if your blackshark is being pinged, flare and hit the deck, then reposition
  12. my force 3d pro trims like the video. did u uninstall the Logitech poofiler? the poofiler is stacking forces and sensitivities that are already in the game. let it go....lol JOY SLIDER deadzone=0 sat. X=100 sat. Y=100 curve=-10 the slider box checked JOY Y dz=5 sat X=100 sat Y=55 curve=44 JOY X IS THE SAME AS JOY Y JOY RZ dz=10 sat X=80 sat Y=50 curve=39 Trimmer force =100 Shake=50 Central Position Trimmer Mode= unchecked these are the settings im using with NO LOGITECH SOFEWARE !
  13. this is how ur stick should trim sorry i couldnt get the youtube wraps to work?
  14. ive been flying with the force 3d pro for awhile now. first advice i have is uncheck the center position option. i think the problem alot people are having is they're not paying attention to the rate of climb gauge (whatever its called) while they are trimming. if the gauge is +5 or over, the blackshark is not going to trim correctly.try to keep it close to zero. climb after u have trimmed. if u are determined to use the logitech profiler, do not use center spring force option, this causes the stick to force center. u want to be able to put the stick in a desired position and release the trim, the stick should stay in that position. here is a thread i posted on how to setup the force 3d pro with BS. right now my settings are little different but this should get u in the ballpark. or u can try the setup in the video?lol god speed... http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=1284832#post1284832 the logitech profiler is absolutely useless. i play DCS BS, A-10 and FSX without the profiler and all the forces work perfectly.
  15. im using a force 3d pro and i want to use my logitech gamepad for extra hats . im getting this error when i try to go into in options/controls.when i try to plug in the gamepad when im already in controls, the gamepad column is completely empty, no key binding boxes at all? help BS 1.02 thanks in advance
  16. im using a force 3d pro too and i want to use my logitech gamepad for extra hats aswell. im getting this error? in options/controls the gamepad column is completely empty, no key binding boxes at all? help BS 1.02 thanks in advance
  17. he has too, all that extra tweaks is just to balance the crappy Logitech Profiler. basically too many axes makes it dumb.
  18. good video, but ive been down that road. it took me over a year playing off and on intil i mastered the Force 3D Pro. U know, the sensitivity, the notorious shaking. Easy set up ( ALL BLACKSHARK ) 1. Uninstall the Logitech Game Profiler (Never install again, ever) --its adding to the sensitivity:joystick: 2. Run BS , set the y saturations around 70 for both axes.leave the x axes at 100. set the curves for both axes around +50 x axis 3. do a center test, by pulling the stick in one direction then letting go.the stick probably didnt go back perfectly center. add a little deadzone. +4 4. make the throttle a slider, then put a slight curve in it, like 30. Rudder- reduce the y saturation to around 70, curve around +40, 5 deadzone 5.the shaking part, i found out, that BS Forces are too strong at 100%, thats y the stick spazzs out and starts shaking. In BS, reduce the FFB to 70% and the shake to 50%. Shaking GONE!! Take her for a spin!! Try BlackSharks Forces, u wont be disappointed im going to get the G940 one day and set it up the same way
  19. turn off the labels and use the shkval scan mode:thumbup:
  20. I decided to re-install BlackShark today. Only to find the same dam sensitivity problem on my Logitech Force 3D Pro. I think ive figured this super sensitivity BullSHlT OUT!! look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50\Scripts and delete the X52Pro Folder or just move it to your desktop im playing with default joystick curves, joyrange, no logitech software and un-checked the center trim button. The stick feels perfect now :yay: why is that folder even there ?????

  22. try joyrange.cfg -500 x,y curves default
  23. Well first off i haven't played BlackShark in awhile due to this senstivity problem. doing some research i found a thread in these forums, where somebody turned down the joyrange.cfg from 400 to 100. So messing around with the joyrange.cfg. i found that -400 feels almost perfect. right now i got my joyrange.cfg @ -500 try it out. my x,y curves are default
  24. I want to see a singleplayer and co-op (2 seater) sim F-14,F-15 or a WWII sim. WOP feels a little arcady
