    Black Shark, Falcon 4.0 AF
  1. You can add non-steam games to Steam if you want to use it as a game launcher. Just go to 'Add game' at the bottom of the library window.
  2. Great Work, Warrior! Very nice indeed Hope you don't mind but I've added some form fields to your PDFs so that people can type in the details and then stick them on an e-reader. Saves printing out if you're a gadget freak like me (who doesn't own a printer):joystick: WarriorX's DCS A-10C Warthog Mission Data Card COLOR A5 FORM 26_03_2011.pdf WarriorX's DCS A-10C Warthog Mission Data Card COLOR A5 FORM FILLED26_03_2011.pdf
  3. I support the option of a GC chocks option, provided the GC shout "Chocks away!"in their best Queen's English
  4. Quite right, the Shark bounces incredibly well as it happens! I was flying on the 104th server yesterday, cracking along at 250km/h at 4m and didn't notice a slight undulation. Suffice to say the shark got a dirty belly and I left a gouge in some poor farmers fields but nothing was broken! As to the side-slip issue I don't think it's anything to worry about. I'm always flying with a slight yaw, especially at high speeds and I always get to where I'm going. The effect is amplified the greater the speed but I hardly notice it at speeds below 160
  5. DEE CEE ESS. Gotta fly 'em all! Seriously, when the flight models are this good, who wouldn't want to fly everything you could get your hands on?
  6. If you enjoyed Ed Macy's Apache, I would suggest taking a look at Apache Dawn. It's written by a journalist so it doesn't have quite the same punch but it's still a good read. Follows the Ugly flights that were there around the same time(just after?) as WO Macy. I'm currently reading Ian Irvine's Destiny of the Dead. it's not aviation but it's a hoot :)
  7. Hello chaps, Lobrau here. A fitting name I assure you. Currently residing in Peterborough, UK but should be moving to Leeds within the next few months. Bought BS yesterday having chanced upon it in a game store, despite having not seen it anywhere for retail sale at all until then! Just learning my way through the sim for the moment. Ramp starts, basic navigation, weapon deployment and actually flying the thing are a piece of doddle now. Still need to work out how to hide behind things so as not to get shot down quite so much! Look forward to seeing you in the skies.
  8. Just run through a training mission using the abbreviated list, all the while thinking it was the unabridged version! Imagine my surprise at opening the version with notes. Ohhoho! Well done, mate. These are very intuitive and really add that extra level of immersion.
