Frame rate drop 2.5.6 Okay all, Since the update to 2.5.6: Issue - F-16 in PG map frame rates drop to under 30 making it choppy as hell. Worse when lower to the ground. Usually get 60fps in all areas, heights, lightning conditions and weather etc. Happens in SP missions, ME missions with NO assists other than me. Happens less in MP. My hardware has not changed. My hardware drivers have not changed. Have deleted DXO and shaders. Have checked windows background processes. Have tried turning all settings to low then medium then high then all the MSAA, ANISO, SSA, SSLR, draw distances etc. Same issue occurs. Have repaired and reinstalled (epic time) DCS. Worst frame-rate issue is in F-16 on PG. Also happens but slightly less on Caucasus. Also happens but slightly less in MiG-15/AV8B/SU33/ on both maps. Setup - i58600k OC. RTX2070S. 32Gb. New cockpit lighting 2.5.6?? Hi All, Obviously updated to 2.5.6 and the night lighting and city lighting effects are fantastic. Well done ED [emoji1319][emoji1319] I have also noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement in the cockpit lighting, not just the flood lighting but also switches, gauges and bulbs. I couldn’t see specific interior lighting/gauge lightning listed in the change log - was this something the 2.5.6 update improved on? My DCS and PC settings have not changed.l since 2.5.5 v 2.5.6. Any ideas? I put the lua back to the same place as before. Open up new mission with aircraft. Go to controls option and right click and load profile. Find my lua. It doesn’t change the values. Same windows. Same X56 hotas. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi guys, Before I ask my main question is the radar on the 16 still in beta as it seems awfully ‘inconsistent’ Scenario BRA: 2xF14 v 1x F16 Head on. 54 miles away 30k Closure speed of 750kts Both 14s are in a 3 miles spread with radars on. I’m in missile mode and I TMS up to lock first one and fire no probs. Drop lock and move to second target TMS up. Nothing happens. Sometimes I can lock both up one after another and sometimes just the 1st or sometimes just the 2nd one. Scenario played ten times today all with the same above but different results each time. Guys am I doing something wrong here. I’ve downloaded the zip file (thanks very much and great work) and have replaced to the two scripts files that are in it with the ones in my DCs folders. They are now brighter but aren’t as sharp as before? I have to really zoom in to read the font but it is brighter and bolder though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi guys as the subject suggests I’m using the 5 Pro. I’m finding however that when I look high and right the TrackIR stops and then stutters. High and left no issues. This happens in DCS and in the TrackIR app. For ref my pro is mounted on my left side and the camera right in the centre line of the monitor. Anyone got any thoughts?
