Ramp Starts - Comms I noticed whith the new A-10C Warthog sim that with the "ramp starts", there is no "Permission To Take Off" in the comms menu. In all of your past sims, Lock-on, Lock-on Flaming Cliffs, Black Shark and Lock-on 2, all had this in the comms menu. For the sake of consistancy, will this be added before the final edition? Just for info purposes, I did a test mission from the "ramp start" and you could not ask for permission to takeoff until after you were on the runway itself, not off to the side.

Wouldn't the "Asking for Permission to Takeoff" be in the sub-menu when you create a mission to take off from runway location??

I appreciate any help you can give. My OC is XP and 32 bit. So you understand where the problem really is, when I go in Comm (\), I have the primary list which are all in white, no grey or black listings. I choose in this case Batumi and the sub-menu comes up in white, which tells me I have solid connection with that field and the items in that list are all in white but most of the options in the list are missing . I have 1. Inbound, 2. I'm Lost, 11. Previous Menu and 12. Exit. All of the other options (3 thru 10)in the menu are missing. This occures using both Simulation or Easy flight settings and I have Easy Comm selected in both situations. I have also discovered that the Comm commands issued with key combos (Lwin E. Lwin R, etc.) from my keyboard are also not working. I can communicate with the tower, wingmen, etc. and get a response's to the first two options but it's just that most of the items are missing since I installed Beta 1 ,2 full installs and Beta patch 3. I have tried the mic switches but that doesn't change anything to do with the other missing sub-menu items. I have searched the forums and have not been able to find any information concerning these issues. So if you have any possible solutions, it would be appreciated. Thank You!

Does the latest A-10C Warthog utilize a "MEinit.xml file. and if so, where is it located. Thanks

Target location not showing up on HUD Thanks WarriorX. What I am looking for is to have the Waypoint at the target location at ground level. I haven't found where the Waypoint height above ground could be altered.. Thanks I did finally figure everything at this time that I needed so thanks again for putting me on the correct track.

I have created a couple of new test missions for A-10 Warthog, but when I am flying the missions and turn towards the target(s) locations, the target box is not appearing on the HUD showing where the targets are located. I have searched the forum but have not been able to find any simular questions concerning this issue. I know it's not a bug because I am see the location box during some of the training missions. What step(s) am I leaving out???? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
