The World Patch was for going from World 1.1.2.0 to World 1.1.2.1. It doesn't sound like you were ever using World 1.1.2.0 in the first place. If this is the case, I would say no.

The method that Speckfire uses works. I have installed the original and a lot of new skins into "World" and into A-10C standalone and can see and use all of them. If you are not seeing all of the textures in a mission, try using Mission Editor to reset the textures to the missions.

I have installed all of the DCS World along with all of the other elements and have come across a problem with Blackshark 2. I set up a test mission throught World using Blackshark 2. I lowered the HMS after arming the laser system and selecting the Vikhr for the weapon. When I slew the Designate Target Cursor over the target and lock it, on the HUD, the Vikhr Cursor never centers over the Designate Target Cursor (Designate Target O). It sits just to the left edge of the Designate Target Cursor. I did a test on my Blackshark 2 Standalong and everything aligned correctly. I have seen a post concerning the Su-25T and the Vikhr use also.

I did a full uninstall of all the World elements and a full re-install. The issue remained with BS2 and World after the re-install. I did a test of BS2 Standalone and I could not find any issues.

Orange Ka-50 - Ka-50 World Module Re-setting the skins through Mission Editor resolved the issue. Thank you for the assistance

I have Blackshark 2 (Standalone) installed on my pc. I installed both A-10C and Ka-50 World modules today. I found when I launch Blackshark 2 from the World launcher, the Ka-50 is orange. Like the P-51D issue with the wheels being orange. If I launch the Blackshark 2 from the original install, the skins are OK. No issues with the A-10C module so far. I didn't see where this has been mentioned.

Go into Mission Editor and at the target waypoints, set the lowest height it will accept. Save mission and your waypoints should be at ground level

I want to change the default view height and positioning within the cockpit of a given aircraft when first entering the cockpit view. Which file contains these parameters and what would the parameter names would they go by????? I know that RIGHT SHIFT/NUM 8, 2, etc. will do this for a short period of time but it will shift back upon any other movement. Thanks

With the addition of the new "FC3", I would have to believe that this product would include most of all the aircraft in the previous Flamin Cliffs series. Right or wrong??

With the introduction of the new "World" format, will all future aircraft being added have the "Clickable Cockpit" availability?? With the new P-51D, the cockpit is clickable but the Su-25T, which is a transferred aircraft, is not in the same format that I can detect. Will the Su-25T be converted in the near future??

I just installed the P-51D yesterday and have noticed an issue with the comm screen menu (\). Whenever the backslash is pressed to use the on screen comm menu, the menu will not stay on the screen unless the backslash is held down. You can't proceed through the sub-menu's without holding down every key needed. Am I missing a setting somewhere?? When using the same function with the Su-25T, the comm menu works like it should, letting the user progress through the other sub menu's. Any help would be appreciated

The changes to the P-51D.lod file corrected the visuals and the bombs still release and explode on contact but still no luck with rockets as of yet but I am seeing some more suggestions where I might be missing a step with the rocket sequences so I will do some more testing. Thanks

I arm the bombs release and on contact, explosion. But I can not get any rockets selected and released form the P-51D. No release from P-51 nor any contact with any ground objects.

Just loaded the P-51D sim today and can not get any rockets or bombs assigned to the P-51D. The set-up allows you to assign the loads to the P-51D but the are not on the airplane itself nor is there any indication that they are there and just not visable to the user. I have created a test flight after the install on my PC and still no munitions with the exception of the wing guns. Thanks spn

With the opening screen in P-51D Mustang, the A-10C and Blackshark 2 launchers are showing up in the screen with a ($) dollar sign showing that they can be purchased. How do the current owners get this two products into the "World" environment as a combined unit or is this for the future????? Thanks spn

Best all around card for a single screen user capable of using duel cards if needed. I am running Win 7, Intel Core 2 Quad, 8 g ram. I use Nvidia cards. I should also ask which Nvidia cards do not work well with A-10C and Blackshark2

What does everyone consider to be the best video cards to use for the DCS Series of sims??????
