Watching you play on twitch and my love for the plane in real life made me buy it, I still need to purchase a 4th gen jet so im playing the A-10C free trail more at the moment..... How on earth do you fly the plane so smooth! you make is look so easy.

I have been trying out the free trial planes so far only the F-16 has stood out as purchase option but its a bit bare bones, so i went ahead and purchased the MI-21 bis as my first plane. I have only played it for about 3 hours i love it already this plane has style! it's beautifully modelled inside and out, the cockpit instantly made me fell like I made the right choice the textures and lighting is great! I still have no idea what i'm doing at the moment and I feel like the plane is trying to kill me and that i'm strapped to rocket after flying so many flyby wire planes, but its sure fun! ow the roar of the engine sounds are amazing! :pilotfly: 10/10 for immersion and atmosphere so far!

If if don't like the sound im not going to spend hours flying the plane the module is great and the tutorials are done very well, I just made the post to see if their was any plans on a sound update as im not going to purchase a plane where i can't stand the sound.

Ok thanks for the reply's i think they could of tweaked the sound a bit more especially when putting the throttle to max. I guess i will pass on the this plane :mad:

I am really enjoying it the F/A-18 trail but i can't stand the sound of the plane.... it sounds like a vacuum cleaner is behind me.... will they be updating the sounds? or have they already done that? :cry:

I am enjoying the F/A-18 on the free trial but i can't stand the engine sound.....are their any mods that change the sounds...I have download a F/A-18 sound mobs but they only change the sounds outside the the plane. I like the plane but the sound is stopping me from buying it : (

Thank you for the reply i tried putting in their but their was no sounds folder to replace? it had no effect, I am using the steam version 2.5.6 client. I have a sounds.edc folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DCSWorld\Sounds.edc but the files are not wavs and the folders inside are labelled 00, 0a, 0b etc....

Where do i put awacs sounds mod? I want the awacs to be in English instead of Russian but i can't find sounds folder in the game dir
