  1. Sorry, guys, dont know whats up with the ´, just putting in the marks but it comes out as ´...?!
  2. Overall I´m quite happy with the Warthog. The throttles are a bit jiggly, sideways, and the three way switch on the left side of the throttle handle is lose. It´ll move quite some distance up and down, whereas the intended motion is back n forth in the horizontal plane. The control stick will rotate a bit along it´s axis, nothing that seems to bother me while flying though. Is there a way to tighten those things up? Feels a bit tacky. They´ve spent who knows how much energy on giving the buttons the right resistante to touch, then these lose bits diappoint me a bit. Wish they´d made it rock solid all the way through, would´ve paid extra... Perhaps I´m just a bit unfortunate, and got a unit made on Monday morning... The "OFF" at the throttle is not lit, and the "ALT" in ALT/HDG is not lit, the latter gets some illumination from the diode under HDG, so it´s readable. Is that supposed to be so, or did a few diodes already die on me? Any help appreciated. Regards. Bjorn PS. Can´t wait to take the A-10 for a spin soon!
  3. Thanks, just made the change in FOV and I´ll give it a spin! ;-) 140 is PERFECT! Thanks. Now on to fiddling with eyeheight to get that helmet targeting going. Thanks a lot!
  4. ggg87, my issue exactly, which values did you set in CameraViewAngleLimits ? Regards
  5. As you said, you want to go the whole way, then immerse yourself with a tripple wide screen setup, I use TrippleHead2Go by the way, AND use TrackIR. Even though you may have all vital buttons programmed to your stick or use the keyboard, the feel of having free head movement inside the cockpit is phenomenal! Of course most vital things in game are happening on right in front of me on my center screen. But the sensation of a wide field of view makes it a lot better for me. Saitek rudder pedals are sturdy, I´d recommend them. Welcome to the interesting world of Black Shark! Crewe
  6. And there are several sites out there dedicated to overclocking, some to the extreme, but you will most certainly find a tutorial that will help you along for a functional, moderate OC. So, if you decide to build a new rig, find some reviews on different mobo´s to guide you to a good deal.
  7. If it works like in X-plane a smaller FOV should bring you up closer. Try reducing the minimum value 5 degrees at a time and see what works best. And now we´re at it, where DO you find that configfile? I might want to fiddle with those settings myself (having the opposite issue though).
  8. I have a suspicion that my System Mechanic may have caused my problem. I opened FSX and it acted as if it had just been installed, warning me about new key layout etc. And since I haven´t touched FSX in a while I suspect the above mentioned. Anyone else having issues with System Mechanic?
  9. I think you should stop your rude comments, this is no way to behave in a public forum.

  12. My apologies for placing my thread where it did not belong (where ever that was). Tried loading BlackShark.lua, get error message, "attempt to index global ´package´ (a nil value) Stack traceback.... then some lines Tried reloading my usual profile, it seems I do have flight controls, but no good when I can´t even unpause to begin mission. 13. For some odd reason I have no keyboard or controller function. I haven´t fiddled with anything to my knowledge that could do that. I have a predifined profile that I upload, and has so far not given me any problems. What could be my problem? Any help appreciated. Crewe
  14. Got same issue, tried using the SGU software to optimize for 5040x1050 to get some distance to the HUD. But that pounded my frame rate down to ½-1 fps. So I opted for the close up view in the cockpit, but with the numeric "/" button I can pull back a bit. And using TrackIr it´s actually not so bad. I just put in the above mentioned resolution in the settings, without letting SGU making a mess of everything. But manually entering an aspect ratio sounds interesting, will try and fiddle with that.
