Thats because you might have installed the game in 'Program files' folder which has security rights of administrator. Do one thing go to program files folder, right click on the FC2 folder, go to security tab than select yourself in user names and press edit. Check radio button full control and OK, OK ,OK. Now you can run game normally.

No, I don't think you can make air bases run, its hard coded. The roads, railroads and structures have a process done in 3ds max so if they are not placed in max they are not going to be there in game. Like texture is a different thing but splines that actually do the job are not present so won't work.

Why don't you open db_weapons.lua and Su-27.lua in notepad++. Than search for the weapon of your choice in weapons file, when you get it copy its CLSID and paste it in any of the pylons of your choice in Su-27.lua. Simple, isn't it?

No, thats not correct Blaze. Te model actually have helpers in it to keep missiles aligned to pylons, but I can say that the missiles were moved by itself but again it was very little.
