  1. Change of direction for my pit. Just waiting for my OR to arrive. Just enough physical buttons and analog controls to find virtually blindfolded now what to do with the dash I built....
  2. not viable to sell as is.
  3. yea, ill get another TM stick. not diggin the new VKB looks, and wasnt overlykeen on the black mamba3 looks. A TM Warthog stick and a floor mounted BRD-n base will do me
  4. Asked this over at simhq already.... So I FUBAR'd my Warthog Flight Stick Don't ask So Now do I get a TM Warthog Flight Stick or Fat Black Mamba Mk. III? I like that the Warthog has as many input controls as it does compared to the Black Mamba, but I do hate replacing stuff like for like and not feeling like its an upgrade or at least something different. If I didn't already have the complete TM Warthog setup I would'nt be getting the Mamba because of the lack of Throttle quadrant. But Now I have the throttle and no stick so which would you get?, baring in mind I'm more a F- pilot than a an A- pilot But the lack of stock Black Mamba is a concern

  9. cant get ms53330 font to work in 123design, so i used Franklin Gothic Medium Cond size 5.5. its bigger than MIL spec so you have to allow for that but its borderline clean and clear the other trick is keep the black text layer as thin as possible, i tend to stay at .5 mm, so the letters are legible at any any angle
  10. Pleased with this. FA-Ten18, mix of A-10 FA-18 with a F-14D nose strut switch
  11. love it, nice job
  12. Impressive....most impressive
  13. Hardly Gene :) I wanted the MFD's to be as close to the display as possible, to get rid of the parallax and offset of the OSB and the MFD buttons. So the mounts allow crappy hand cut holes to be covered with nice straight edge and accurate printed mounts that keep the MFD's just floating off the screen . If i had a CNC I'd do it differently they're more function than form, when they're all done i may redo with a bit more design still to do the MFD cable guides the mounts will be fixed to the ply with machine screws into tee-nuts from the screen side so the mounts can be swapped out, if I want to reconfigure for various aircraft
