Raven68 Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 I know it may be a long shot, but I was wondering if there had been any mention on any boards or here about ED/DCS having any representation at E3 this year? The more exposure the better especially with DCSW 2.0 seeming very close. upupandaway Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 Yup, I was wondering about that, too. Preliminary OR support is there, so perhaps there will be another demo around at their booth. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Deedle, deedle!

I do wonder if there is another possible "tag along" similar to what Matt did last year. I hope Matt is not too shy to respond to this. :D Edited June 6, 2015 by Raven68 Intel i5-9600K @ 3.7GHz; Gigabyte Z370XP SLI Mobo; G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4080 16GB 256-Bit GDDR6; Thermaltake Water 3.0 Certified Liquid Cooling System Windows 11 Professional HP Reverb G2 /TrackIR 5 in case VR dies; Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog w/ Thrustmaster T-Flight Rudder Pedals

I hope Matt is not too shy to respond to this. :D After the troubles they had last year ED might possibly be a little more careful to set up a demo with software that still has some serious blocking bugs (as Wags stated). I do not remeber what the nature of their problems was last year. As I perceive it, there is not as much hype about OR as there was last year, so it could principally be a good chance for a game like DCS to receive more attention. If the focus is not so much on simple and highly stylized action games that target a wide audience to show off the technology, you might actually notice a more quiet flying game that has some huge potential in combination with OR. 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Deedle, deedle!
ED Team Wags Posted June 6, 2015 ED Team Posted June 6, 2015 We will not be. Far too busy with other pressing matters... like trying to get DCSW2 and NTTR out. Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/wagmatt Twitch: wagmatt System: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3729544#post3729544

Thanks for your response Matt. Intel i5-9600K @ 3.7GHz; Gigabyte Z370XP SLI Mobo; G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4080 16GB 256-Bit GDDR6; Thermaltake Water 3.0 Certified Liquid Cooling System Windows 11 Professional HP Reverb G2 /TrackIR 5 in case VR dies; Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog w/ Thrustmaster T-Flight Rudder Pedals
CHRISXTR3M3 Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 Yes, I'd rather have them keep working hard on 2.0 and NTTR than show off at E3. YouTube can get the word out to a wider audience faster User Files for AV8-B, X55
