Bestandskraft Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 IAW pp. 259-260 of the game manual, "The WCS also performs additional computations so that the crew is provided with […] time-to-go to a selected destination point". I have not seen a time-to-go indication to the current destination point anywhere in the jet. Could anyone please point me to that indication?

Select number ‘5’ / Rng on the CAP panel. TTG is shown top of TID. Unfortunately there’s a bug and the TTG will only display when the destination is on the right side of your nose I.e keep the point slightly to the right of straight ahead. Reported but never acknowledged by devs.
QuiGon Posted August 6, 2019 Posted August 6, 2019 Our Tomcat shows TTG only for TARPS (not yet implemented) and LANTIRN (working). Not true as AvroLanc has already pointed out. The TID can display a lot of things and TTG is among them. Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

Bestandskraft Posted March 25, 2020 Author Posted March 25, 2020 2.5.6.45317: When flying at about 90° perpendicular to a waypoint, the TTG indication vanishes. I have not found any information in the NATOPS manuals that corroborates this; the only relevant paragraph seems to be the following (precise source not quoted intentionally): "The time-to-go assumes the aircraft is flown at its present groundspeed along the great circle heading to the selected point."
