Did you compare the checksums? If the checksum matches with the one on the site, it is guaranteed to be a false positive.

You will need a program that can generate a md5 checksum of the file you downloaded. Many download programs have such an inbuilt function, for example, i use a firefox plugin called DownThemAll, when downloading a file i can enter a checksum and it will automatically check if the downloaded file matches with the checksum. Or you can use a utility program dedicated to that purpose.

 

Alternatively, if you already have DCS World installed, it is strongly recommended that you install modules via the built in module manager.

Is using the built in module manager really not an option for you? It takes care of all the integrity checking by itself...
