Yup, happened to me as well.

I double checked the control assignments. In the Ka-50, LShift + R is still bound to "Rotor Brake". But the Controls for "General" do list it as "Restart Mission".

(That is "Controls" -> "General", not "Controls" -> "Ka-50 Sim" -> "General"!)

All of the FC aircraft as well as the F-86F also bind LShift + R to "Restart Mission".

The P-51D, TF-51D and the UH-1H bind LShift + R to something different ("Rear warning radar Test" and "Voltmeter AC, AC phase" respectively).

Some of the other modules, e.g. A-10C and Bf 109-K4, do not include a default mapping for LShift + R.

So I just flew an "Instant Action" mission as well as a custom mission from the "Mission" menu in the UH-1H, and in both cases, LShift + R restarted the mission (even though my UH-1H Sim profile has LShift + R mapped to "Voltmeter AC, AC phase").

It appears as if "Restart Mission" currently takes precedence over every other LShift + R assignment.

For the time being, I've added LCtrl + R for the Ka-50's rotor brake, but I have to say that this reloading (without even asking for confirmation) is somewhat annoying and bears the potential to ruin the record of a perfectly good, successful, 3 hour mission.

I would prefer if it at least asked for the player's confirmation (although I'm generally opposed to using confirmation windows for just about everything -- in this case it really makes sense).
