Goregonzola Posted June 15, 2020 Posted June 15, 2020 After Dropping JDAMs in TOO mode from which the coordinates are entered using the WPDSG I'm left with a target diamond on the HUD which for the life of me I cannot clear? I have tried to undesignate the WP and nothing happens. I have selected other waypoints and the diamond and angular offset still remain albeit pointing at a random point in space. I would like to return back to pure NAV mode without TGT info on the HUD. Cycling A/A and A/G does nothing. It's kind of annoying flying back to the carrier with a cluttered HUD showing me the angle off etc. I must be doing something wrong?

Recluse Posted June 15, 2020 Posted June 15, 2020 Dang, this is a *bug*?! And all this time I just though I didn't know what what the hell I was doing. AD If you aren't carrying GPS guided munitions OR you never SELECT them, everything seems to work as usual. ONCE you select a JDAM in TOO MODE, it all goes to hell.. (Some folks have said it doesn't happen with JSOW, but it did for me). NOTE: I am seeing it in the STABLE release, so it seemed to bleed over from the last update. I think others are still seeing it in the current Open Beta but I haven't specifically tried.
