[REPORTED]HSI scale and the DMS

From a quick review of the NFM, specifically page VII-24-4 section 24.1.3.8:

It appears the HSI shouldn't be able to display the moving map when scaled at either 80NM or 160NM. In addition, DCS currently shows the following (provided the charts are labelled correctly in the game files)

5NM - 1:500K

10NM - 1:500K

20NM - 1:1M

40NM - 1:1M

80NM - 1:2M

160NM - 1:5M

Where it should show:

5NM - 1:250K

10NM - 1:500K

20NM - 1:2M

40NM - 1:2M

80NM - blank

160NM - blank
