Deadman Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 (edited) I just found this http://bugeyetech.com The High Res site is still up but if true the new company may decide to sell to the public. News Flash Bugeye Technologies acquires exclusive rights to all molds, masters and intellectual property to produce High Rev Sims complete line of simulation products effective May 2009. After many years as a leader in the industry producing flight grip and flight control mechanisms for flight simulation, Darrel C Reed of Hi Rev Sims (HRS) has decided to call it quits. Darrell and the HRS team will move-on to a venture in a totally different market with new and different technologies in the energy sector. To provide uninterrupted service and support for all its loyal customers, HRS has entered into an exclusive arrangement with Bugeye Technologies (BT) to produce and manufacture all current HRS products. In May of 2009, BT acquired rights to all molds, masters and intellectual property to produce High Rev Sims complete line of simulation products. Through this arrangement, BT is now the producing the same high-quality products that customers have purchased from HI Rev Sims over the years. BT will be merging the HRS product line with BT’s complementary line of flight simulation products and services to provide their customers an incredibly complete and divers line of HOTAS grips, mechanisms and simulation products for the fixed wing and rotorcraft simulation industries. BT will also be working with past HRS customers to support legacy HRS products including warranty repair and ongoing service requirements on a fee basis. Service costs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A.S Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 (edited) The High Res site is still up but if true the new company may decide to sell to the public. I, and many more....are/were waiting for this for long time !!! If that is true, then this is awesome news. It was not possible to get one of those pieces for private usage without being or having some official legitimation. Great .. http://hirevsims.com Edited June 29, 2009 by A.S [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Brane Ded Posted June 30, 2009 Posted June 30, 2009 Most of those controls alone look like they'd be more expensive than a fully modded cougar.
PoleCat Posted June 30, 2009 Posted June 30, 2009 Most of those controls alone look like they'd be more expensive than a fully modded cougar. Damn straight! And I still want it! Out http://www.104thphoenix.com/
