Santa Claus replaced his reindeers by wild boars this year. And he switched the reheat ON. He is so pleased with his new sleigh he somehow forgot to monitor his airspeed.

So he is hours ahead of schedule... and he just delivered this video of the M2000D which is... cool! :)

Then, "gruïïïïk" or "booom" ? Let's watch, you'll see it's perfectly compatible :P

Note to download accelerators users : the server hosting the video doesn't accept more than 2 connections per IP.

It should be faster, for you and others downloaders, not to attempt multiple connections : the server has already rejected more than 1500 attempts in the last 1.5 hour...

Please consider using a simple browser, or an FTP client like freeware Filezilla, configured with default options ;)

Aldo, the wild boar on the picture, isn't "just a boar".

He is the mascot of the (great) 3/3 "Ardennes" squadron of the AdlA, based at Nancy-Ochey with its Mirage 2000D.

About posting the video on youtube there are several problems that prevent us from doing it, including their habit to strip the music off every video ...

But there's another solution, thaFunkster would it be ok for you if there was a 640*480 version with a weight of ~40mb available for download ?

A chap at the IL-2 forums at 1C helped my after they disabled the audio for a joking video I made after a member was crying because of the damage model of a plane.

About youtube. I have never had any music stripped off my videos, I dont think they do that much anymore, mostly they put up a iTunes ad instead...

Recently?

All my music that it has recognised has been Sony music, and Sony just put the iTunes Ad on, which I am happy with.

Maybe it's just Warner music that gets removed.

I don't know, I've had problems with this guys a considerable number of times. But this video never failed.

MajorBug, what about Vimeo? It isn't that picky about music.

Well, out of the 12 videos I have on youtube with music tracks NONE have had their music removed or adjusted in any way.... About four now have iTunes ads but that's it.

(actually, for some it says 'content blocked in some countries, I dont know which countries, no one has ever told me they couldnt hear the music...)

Here is an extract from Vimeo's upload rules :

- No captures of video games or gameplay, regardless if it is edited or not. Machinima with a story is allowed, provided the story is more than "guys doing exactly what the game was made for (eg skateboarding or shooting people)". Machinima videos must be properly labeled as such in the video description to avoid accidental deletion.

- Video game developers may post videos of their work provided they cite their involvement in the description of the video (maps and mods to commercial games don't count). Here we are talking about development videos, not commercial trailers.

So uploading the video there would breach their rules, and we'd like to keep clean ;)
