Well, im 15 y/o. I come from little country in Baltic region called Latvia.

Why I want x52? First of all, because I cant afford it now. And second - you can't buy them in Latvia...

Here's my contribution.

Flown and partly rendered on my Ideapad Y560 with a Logitech Wingman joystick.

i7 1.73GHz, 4GB ram, Radeon 5700 mobile.

 

Some of the shots were FRAPS'd at 1/4 speed and then sped up in Sony Vegas due to the abysmal frame rate. The others were done by my brother back in the states.

 

While it's currently not in the cards to upgrade my peripherals this is a great opportunity for me. I've gotten to know and love my Wingman stick but her days are numbered.

Seeing the videos made I dont think I stand a chance.....but in fact I made the video so my kid who bug me to fly can fly with me with his own set as we can't afford him one.

 

I didnt thought I could make it until the last moment so will see...plain movie compared to the other edited ones.

After seen some threads like this and this I first wanted to donate my unused X52 (absolute good condition) to someone how really needs it but can't afford.

 

But after thinking allot of It I wanted to make it a little more challenging and decided the person have to do something that will entertain all of us.

This also fits perfectly to fill the summer break!

 

So here it is:

1st DCS Movie Maker Smack-Down

starts in:

 

The rules :

 

1.

You need to make a DCS-A10C Movie with "Green Machine" from Kyuss as soundtrack. (Why this song ?! >http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=1251506#post1251506 )

Example:

 

(now close your eyes and imagine what great DCS-A10 Movie that could be!)

 

2.

Max length of the movie is 5min!!

 

3.

Only absolute new never published material is allowed. (The Community will have a sharp eye on this!)

 

4.

You have to upload your Video on Youtube until the 11th August 2011

Than we will a 2week poll including all entries to select the best Three .

After this first round we will have another poll for 2weeks to determined the winner of the three best movies!

(until than we maybe have someone that donates something for the 2nd and 3rd place)

I voted for "Green Machine". - so you can ad 9 points plus to Squirrels points.

Месье хочет безвозмездно отдать свой х52, и решил устроить конкурс.

Правила:

1. Сделать мувик на тему ДКС А10С, в качестве саундтрека должна быть композиция "Green Machine" группы Kyuss.

2. Длина ролика не более 5 минут.

3. Разрешаются только новые, нигде не засветившиеся материалы.

4. Залить на ютуб до 11 августа.

5. Голосовалкой выберут 3 лучших, потом голосовалкой из 3х выберут 1.

(2 и 3 месту тоже может что-то перепадёт.)

Ещё будет хорошо, если расскажешь что-нибудь о себе, и объяснишь почему именно ты заслуживаешь х52, т.к. голос автора - 10 очков.;)
