Hi there!

I remember seeing some information about negative G fuel tanks/pumps but I can't find it in the manual. I need to know how long these tanks/pumps can supply the engines during -G.

Can anyone point me to the page with this on?

Thanks!

I read it somewhere also. I tested it myself by flying upside down. It's around 10 seconds.

Another question: How to restart engines once they've been starved of fuel?

Don't forget to allow some time for the small tank to refill between periods of inverted flight.

I only respond to that little mechanical voice that says "Terrain! Terrain! Pull Up! Pull Up!"

AFAIK, there are no negative g pumps. I will see if I can find something myself.

To whom it may concern,

I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.

Thank you for you patience.

You are correct...there are "colletor tanks" but no negative g pumps....

per the C-1:

Boost pressure is provided by boost pumps located in each main and wing tank. A DC boost pump, located in the left main tank is used during engine and APU starts if the left main boost pump is inoperative. For negative g flight, collector tanks will supply the engine with sufficient fuel for 10 seconds operation at MAX power.
