All up to date with updates on headset and DCS. In the previous DCS releases (before the Quest 3 break from Oculus) I randomly experienced a laggy and very blocky right eye. Hard rebooting the headset did nothing; only quitting and restarting DCS fixed the issue. Now, today, I've had it happen twice. Could this please get investigated? I'm happy to help in any way, but it **is** intermittent - no idea what is causing it. It's happened in multiple aircraft, on multiple servers...

I love my reverb g2, hate wmr. Bought quest 3 because windows will kill off wmr. I am running 13900k, 7900 xtx and 64 gb mem. On the g2, everything looks great. On the quest, in the cockpit is great. However far off objects are pixilated. For instance the super carrier. When I do a case 1 recovery in the hornet, the closer I get to the carrier, the worse it looks. When I do a fly by, the island, masts and the rest of the carrier have lot of jagged lines. On the g2, it was crystal clear. I am using a quality usb 3 cable. I have played with settings, watched YouTube videos. However all the YouTube videos are with Nvidia gpus. I always had Nvidia, but with the recent price hikes above msrp and or out of stock, I went with amd. Never had a problem with the 7900xtx in dcs world or msfs 2020. Very smooth. Vr and non vr mode I am willing to upgrade to a 4090 as a last resort. However, since the g2 performed great with the 7900xtx, I am hoping there is something I'm missing with the quest. Never checked fps but it feels smooth. When doing a bfm with mig 29, I can the see the jet nicely. It might be pixilated but can't tell. Maybe because it's a much smaller object than a carrier. In bfm with the 29, when I get low, the terrain looks beautiful I have not tried any missions with ground targets. Can't comment on that. Just bought the quest 3 yesterday so I'm learning. Any ideas, pointers or tips?

Hey everyone, I'm planning to upgrade my GPU from 8 GB 3060Ti to 24 GB 7900XTX only to get better performance flying in DCS in my Quest 3 (steady 90 FPS and excellent quality) I did an extensive search, and I found mixed results! Apparently, in some cases, having an AMD CPU helps the AMD GPU boost their performance and most of the negative reviews come from Intel CPUs, but couldn't find any tests for DCS to compare My specs are as below: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 5.4GHz 40MB (8-Core) Memory: 64 GB RAM (2x 32GB 6000MHz DDR5) SSD: 2x 2TB Kingstone KC3000 M.2 NVMe 7000MB/s

Hey guys, I am trying to get DCS running while with my Quest 3. After watching a handful of videos, it seems that using OpenXR is the best way to run VR, especially the Quest 3. After initial setup, I was able to get the game setup and running well with OpenXR, however, the game now crashes everytime I try to launch with OpenXR. I am using the MT launcher with the following in the Target: --force_enable_VR --force_OpenXR I will post the files from my most recent crash. One interesting note, it doesn't always crash if I launch DCS thru the oculus software. However, I then don't have access to the OpenXR tools in game. Also, I did find some threads discussing crashes on startup in VR, and they solved it by changing the Paging File Size. I did try that, did not work for me. Thanks! dxdiag.txt dcs.20231201-004351.log dcs.20231201-004350.dmp dcs.20231201-004350.crash
