Problem getting update 1.2.7.23803 on the PC

I finially got the Single player to start on the last go round of the up dater not responding properly..."NO I do NOT use Bit defender!!"... I had to remove the reference to the launcher and remove the reference to the 'Auto updater" and replace with the "Launcher.exe" Great that worked great!!! Now we have anouther update and the same problem exist where the updater hangs and is still saying the same old error message 'The Process is being used by anouther process!"

My question to anyone that can help is.....HOW DO I GET THE NEW UPDATE ON MY FLYING MACHINE SO I CAN FLY WITH THE SAME VERSION THAT EVERYONE IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE?????? ...F&*%^&@YR!!!

For the "Process already in use" problem:

 

Run the Updater and get the error.

Type %TEMP% in Start Menu

It will go into C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\

There in the temp DCS folder will be the newly downloaded DCS_updater.exe

Copy it to Desktop.

Abort the updater.

 

Move the copied new DCS_updater.exe from Desktop to C:\GAMES\DCS World\bin while overriding the old one.

 

Now the update will work!

It will not need to copy itself from %TEMP% to itself in DCS World Bin folder while already being in use.

Updater 2.3.8.55 is not live with additional logs and some bugfixes which may help with the issue.
