Dodger_jnr Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 Guy's I loaded my original Lock-on last night and sat through the training A10 again 1) can I put the 1.12 ..on 2) how do I config my X45 Regards Dodger
Yellonet Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 1) No, 1.12 is for Flaming Cliffs. 1.02 is the last patch for LockOn. Flaming Cliffs is by the way a must have for LockOn, it just makes it very very much better. 2) Check your manual? i7-2600k@4GHz, 8GB, R9 280X 3GB, SSD, HOTAS WH, Pro Flight Combat Pedals, TIR5
Dodger_jnr Posted February 14, 2006 Author Posted February 14, 2006 Newbie Question Thanks for that m8... are you sure about flameing clifes?? its taken me 2yrs to install the original after so much pain 1st time round the forum seems to have its fair share of prob's with F/C ps can you tell me what is track ir is do I need it??
Shaman Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 http://www.naturalpoint.com You don't need TrackIR, but you will benefit a lot if you have one. Do your own research on naturalpoint site. Just watch the movies that show how TrackIR works. Though it is much more important to get Flaming Cliffs (LockOn 1.1) first :) 51PVO Founding member (DEC2007-) 100KIAP Founding member (DEC2018-) :: Shaman aka [100☭] Shamansky tail# 44 or 444 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] 100KIAP Regiment Early Warning & Control officer

Highwayman-Ed Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 I was mixed on the original Lock on, looked great, flew pretty good, AI was poor... FC makes this a lot better and I've quite enjoyed it again, and BS (if the list of update comes off) looks amazing, but then I'm an ex rotor head by trade, so it's right up my street ;) Intel i9-9900KF @5.2GHz MSI Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon 32GB G.Skill Trident Z DDR3200 RAM MSI RTX 2080 Ti Gaming X Trio 40" Panasonic TH-40DX600U @ 4K Pimax Vision 8K Plus / Oculus Rift CV1 / HTC Vive Gametrix JetSeat with SimShaker Windows 10 64 Bit Home Edition [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Prophet_169th Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 First thing to is to delete all the assigned keys for the X45. Then double check the axis. I think throttle is assigned wrong axis by default, and then also an axis assigned to only left throttle... So make sure those are correct. Not good hehe. Then do a seach in Google for Precog X45 Profile. Thats the one I used for the X45 before I got my cougar. Excellent profile, though it needs a tweaking for ones own taste.
Dodger_jnr Posted February 15, 2006 Author Posted February 15, 2006 OH yes!! this is it just what mine is doing ......thanks guys
