Jimbolya Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 So when I select dumb bombs it defaults to CCRP. Is there a way to get into CCIP? I heard this was fixed with latest patch, but can't seem to find the right control label in the options set up screen.
Home Fries Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 I'm assuming you refer to the A-10C; the only way I know to change that is to change your profiles for the dumb bombs in the DSMS page within the aircraft itself. txmtb Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 You can either set up the weapons profile in DSMS to have it default to CCIP, or use the HOTAS Master Mode Select button to change it on the fly. WildBillKelsoe Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 You can change via Profiles page on DSMS. just select desired weapon, open profile, then select CCIP/CCRP. Some bombs will only work with CCRP better (like INS/GPS guided 38's) and this will be the default IP/RP. AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.
