Hyroda Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 hey im not so often in this thread, so im not sure if anyone else does have this idea about more real live on ground,....as you see above village live, animals more birds ... ecpecially in towns were people are moving and doing there work etc... or maybe some scattered instances people on wide lands were, would be great and would give someone an better feeling to be part of an living part of this landscape while hunting ....
Rongor Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Could you and most of other players take the additional workload on your computer? Also keep in mind that most of your flight time wont put you have you even near enough the ground to recognize people walking around streets.
blackbelter Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 With that AND air combat, you may be able to run at 0.0001 fps with a 9500; maybe 0.01 fps with a 680. I am exaggerating, yes. But you get the point... Unfortunately, computing power available to average gamers is still limited, so each simulator has to focus on a particular aspect of life.
Hyroda Posted March 14, 2014 Author Posted March 14, 2014 i'am not talking about about high end grafik people and super realistic motions and sun reflactions on cars and other vehicles,...would be enough to see them as some pixels only that they are recognized as humans or animals... that wouldnt cost to much from the computer engine
Tone71 Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Turn on/off civilian traffic and see how much it affects your framerate, then multiply by people and animals. I'm all for extra details but some things simply can't be done at the moment, due to hardware limitations. Windows 10 Home, Intel Core i7-9700K @ 4.6GHz, Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming (8GB VRAM) on 34" LG curved monitor @ 3440x1440, 32GB RAM, TrackIR 3 (with Vector Expansion), Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, Saitek Combat Pedals, Thrustmaster Cougar MFDs.
Hyroda Posted March 14, 2014 Author Posted March 14, 2014 it will be ofcourse the option to turn that ground life off ;)
