The main TARS thread is here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=61302&page=124 But it is not always necessary to use TARS. You can use TS3 alone provided that the guys you are flying with are not using TARS. E.g. the session Linebacker42 did a month ago on formation flying was without TARS. I am running TS3 3.0.13.1 with TARS 1.0.2.4 and I had to uninstall Nvidia Experience. One of the guy I am flying with tried new TS3 3.0.14 with TARS 1.0.2.4 and couldn't get it to work.
