How to have camera jitter enabled all the time?

I'd also love a solution to this, I really hate the permanent jitter. I have to turn it off manually every time I jump in the cockpit.

I was refering to SHIFT + J jitter (inside cockpit). I actually like it and would like to have it ON all the time (for me).

Just checked in f15c and SHIFT-J toggles jitter in cockpit.The A10c also has jitter in cockpit but is weird to turn on as you have to hit the key twice rapidly.

Yes..that can be very anoying..And I usually need to press it 3x in order to activate it..
