Mission building. FW190 not available in Red ?

Is there any way to get the Fw190 onto the Red side? The 109 is available for "Red" nations but I can't see the 190 as an option for "Red" nations.

Please excuse my ignorance but how do u make Germany part of the Red coalition ?

I'm somewhat new to DCS mission building.

Also can u tell me what the "Permit Crash Recovery" option does in the mission options?

Start the editor. Click on the top icon in the row along the left side of the window. It will open the coalition pop up that will allow you to set which countries belong to red and blue.

 

"Permit Crash Recovery" is for re-spawning if you get shot down.

I'm not seeing the 109 as an option in mission builder. I've only got the 190 for WWII aircraft under Germany.

 

Am I missing something or was that a typo and he meant to say 190 again...?

there exists a 109E version as a mod somewhere here and on the ed website...you can download it,..its an E version though, so its pretty much a victim against the P51 and no threat...

Yes it's a downloadable mod....can't remember if it was free or not.

It is quite a threat down low.
