I found on internet a interesting manual show F-15 weapon carried, that show options no put into the actual FC-3 F-15C

What does it include? Just technical weapons information?

Part of the reason that material in that manual isn't included in the DCS model of the F-15 is because of the age- the applicable modes don't exist on the version of the jet in question.

 

There are also some modes that are hinted at based on what appear to be bugs in the HUD model, but haven't been fully implemented.

On Scribd you can also find a -34 (Non-Nuclear Weapon Delivery Manual) dating from the same era (1979, revised 1981).

 

It is interesting, but outdated.
