winchesterdelta1 Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 LoL. Check this. It happens alot in the new patch. Go in close, and when you think you are too close, go in closer.
Maximus_Lazarus Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 One time, i forgot my landing gear. Too bad because the landing felt PERFECT otherwise . It was so smooth. So when i had slided to a stop, and repaired, the engineers picked up my plane, and dropped it again and kept setting me on fire. Everytime after repair i thought wtf ?! Then i realized that my gear was still up, so while i was on fire and on the ground, i pressed "g" , horrible noises , but finally when they repaired again, i wasn't on fire :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
TAW_Blaze Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 I think you probably pressed G at some point on the ground and then it might act like as if your gears are up, while it can't actually retract them.
ff4life4 Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 I was flying this F15. I only hit "G" one time when I was landing when I dropped the gear. When I hit the deck after repairing, I was royally confused. I checked the the landing gear lever was in the down position. I don't really know what happened. All I know was that the plane was really messed up after getting hit by the missile. Every system was down minus the two engines. The other odd thing was after I got hit my airbrake when up and I couldn't get it down.
winchesterdelta1 Posted May 31, 2014 Author Posted May 31, 2014 Yup it somehow resets the gear to the retracted position sometimes when you repair. Go in close, and when you think you are too close, go in closer.
ED Team cofcorpse Posted May 31, 2014 ED Team Posted May 31, 2014 Guys, could someone attach track with such wrong repair? We'll look through it
winchesterdelta1 Posted May 31, 2014 Author Posted May 31, 2014 Will do if it happens to me tonight. Go in close, and when you think you are too close, go in closer.
