I cannot select the external gun pods with SU-25A

Hello guys,

 

With the SU-25A I begin to work with the weapons and if I can launch the AA missiles, AG Rockets and use my internal gun, impossible for me to found the key for select the external gun pods.

I've created one quickly mission for tested four SPPU-22-1 but impossible to selected it.

 

Please anybody can help me ?

You should be able to select them by cycling through your weapons the same way you'd switch from one type of rockets to another.

Select your internal gun, then left crtl+v, or if you've changed it, whatever you have for the salvo mode button

You first should choose the cannon "C" then you have to change the salvo mode "LCtrl-V" to your needs (2 or 4, while 1 means the central gun only).

responding to a very old thread, but I just looked this up today because I was having the same problem and I'm new to DCS;)

 

I just want to add, that if you have all 4 gun pods added to the SU-25A, then you should use Lctrl-Space instead.

 

need to be in gun mode "c",

 

And then use Lctrl-Space to toggle through the gun pod firing modes:

press once - 2 pods

press twice - 4 pods

press three times - 4 pods (bore sight)

press four times - back to main gun, and repeat.

 

In air to air mode, you can use this to switch to 2 pods after you run out of ammo in the main gun, then switch to the other 2 pods (4 pods mode) after the first two pods run out of ammo.
