So, problem is that when i quit multiplayer and game, and when im at desktop everything is still fine but when i disconnect my joystick (Saitek X52 Pro) whole computer freezes. Mouse moves extremely slowly and lags, and when i move mouse, windows gives this fast "beepbeepbeep" sound. I have no other choice than shutdown and restart computer from powerswitch, since my task manager wont work either. This happens everytime when i quit multiplayer.

And this doesnt never happen in single player, only in multiplayer. And in no other games either. PC: Athlon II x4 2.90Ghz, Asrock M3N78D, HD 6850, 8gb DDR3, Creative X-Fi Xtremegamer, Windows 7 64bit.

Im getting new PC soon, so maybe i dont have problem with it, but started this thread anyway if we could fix this, so me or someone else runs into this problem and can fix it.

I'm not sure whatcauses the issue here, is it just disconnecting your joystick after playing a game?

Yes, happens only when i disconnect my joystick after quitting multiplayer and game.

USB has never been the holy grail despite they told us so !

It may or may not matter on which Port the X52 is connected, directly on the backplate of the mobo, via a USB Multiple-Port extension etc.. and also what else is connected to USB.

I have seen funny things with USB over the time. Try limiting possibilities by disconnecting all USB you don't need, attach the X52 directly to the mobo and check...

May or may not help, USB can be real tricky

I have now brand new computer and same problem continues. I have only my MX518 mouse and Microsoft Sidewinder x4 keyboard connected to USB ports. I'll try today connecting directly to motherboard and see what happens.

My guess is it has something to do with my mouse or keyboard, but i dont know what. Strange thing is that it doesnt happen in single player, only in multiplayer.
