Can the A10c dump fuel?

Well, not theoretically. Practically however, you could always fly at just above stall speed around some hostile HMGs...

 

 

Note: This method leads to a hard to predict volume of fuel dumping, nor can it be shut off until at least one fuel tank is completely drained.
